Tully House

This project is a new build residential home with panoramic views over Movanagher Forest and the River Bann delta. The structural system is a hybrid steel and loading bearing masonry structure supporting precast concrete upper floors. We designed and detailed exposed oak trusses over the main kitchen and living area. The architect required unobstructed views to all corner windows. We designed the structure to cantilever at these locations to ensure fully glazed corners.
